Zap your nap? brain stimulation trial aims to fight fatigue
NCT ID NCT07090135
Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive form of electrical brain stimulation, applied while a person naps, can improve the quality of that sleep. Researchers want to see if this can boost specific brain waves linked to deep sleep and help people feel less mentally tired. The study involves healthy adults and those who feel their sleep isn't refreshing, who will nap while wearing a special cap that monitors brain activity.
