Summary
This study tests a device that sends gentle magnetic pulses to the brain to see if it can improve social skills and reduce repetitive behaviors in children with autism. About 256 children aged 3 to 12 will either get real or fake (placebo) sessions for 28 days. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to help kids with autism.
