Zap your brain to sleep? new device trial for anxiety and insomnia

NCT ID NCT07429578

Summary

This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation device can help people who have both anxiety and chronic insomnia. Thirty adults will receive 20 sessions of stimulation over four weeks to see if it reduces their anxiety and improves their sleep quality. The goal is to gather early information to see if this approach is safe and promising enough for larger, more definitive studies.
