First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests a new approach for people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and have severe arm weakness. It combines non-invasive brain stimulation (rTMS) with a therapy that uses electrical currents to help open the hand (CCFES). The goal is to see if this combination improves arm function more than standard therapy. The study enrolls 72 adults aged 18–90.
