Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of non-invasive brain stimulation and regular aerobic exercise can improve thinking skills and physical mobility in older adults who are experiencing mild cognitive frailty. Researchers will compare different types of stimulation to see which, if any, works best when paired with exercise. The goal is to find new ways to help older adults maintain their independence and quality of life.
