Summary

This study looks at how different types of non-invasive brain stimulation change mood and brain activity in 200 adults with major depression. Participants will receive three types of stimulation (including a placebo-like sham) and undergo MRI scans while taking antidepressants. The goal is to understand which brain networks are involved and how stimulation might boost treatment effects.
