Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive magnetic brain stimulation treatment can help people recover better after a stroke. It involves 60 patients who have just had a procedure to remove a blood clot from their brain. Researchers will compare real magnetic stimulation to a fake treatment to see if it reduces brain damage and improves recovery in the first week.
