Scientists probe Sleep's role in predicting Alzheimer's
NCT ID NCT04403165
Summary
This research study aimed to understand how very early brain changes, long before memory problems appear, might affect sleep patterns and attention in older adults. Researchers studied 30 cognitively healthy adults aged 55-75, using brain scans, sleep studies, and memory tests. The goal was to identify new clues about Alzheimer's disease development to help find future prevention targets.
