Summary
This study explored whether midlife women could use a special headband that senses brain activity to help manage sleep problems like insomnia. Researchers wanted to see if wearing the device was practical and if it improved sleep quality, stress, and overall well-being. The study involved 31 women who were going through menopause or were postmenopausal and reported having poor sleep.
