Summary

This study aims to find brain-based subtypes of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and see how people respond to two different brain stimulation targets. 212 adults with moderate to severe OCD will have brain scans before and after treatment. The goal is to learn which brain patterns predict a good response, so future treatments can be personalized.
