Scientists map brain to predict depression treatment success

NCT ID NCT07422844

Summary

This study aims to understand how brain networks change during TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) therapy for depression. Researchers will observe 100 patients already receiving standard TMS treatment to see if brain scans can predict who responds best. The goal is to learn which depression symptoms improve first and how brain activity relates to treatment outcomes.
