This study tests whether early, symptom-guided therapy can help people recover faster from mild traumatic brain injury. About 655 adults will receive either physical/occupational therapy, phone counseling, or usual care. The goal is to reduce long-term complaints like headaches, dizziness, and trouble concentrating.
