Summary

This study aimed to understand how dietary components like caffeine affect the brain. Researchers used a special, non-invasive scanner to measure oxygen levels in the brains of 37 healthy young adults while they did memory and thinking tests. The goal was to see if patterns in brain activity linked to caffeine could be detected and connected to changes in mental performance.
