Scientists map Brain's instant electrical states
NCT ID NCT07635615
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This completed study looked at how rapid bursts of brain electrical activity, called oscillations, relate to what we do and how our brain responds. Researchers used EEG to measure brain waves and TMS to gently stimulate the brain in 30 healthy adults. The goal was to better understand these brain states, not to test a treatment.
