New MRI trick spots brain tumor vs. radiation scar

Summary
This study tests whether an extra MRI scan, taken later than usual, can better tell apart tumor regrowth from radiation damage in people with brain metastases who had radiosurgery. About 25 adults with a history of treated brain tumors will get this special MRI, and results will be checked against biopsies. The goal is to improve diagnosis and avoid unnecessary treatments.
