Summary
This early-phase study is testing whether combining two cancer drugs (cabozantinib and nivolumab) with targeted radiation is safe for people whose kidney cancer has spread to the brain. The main goal is to see if patients can tolerate this three-part treatment without severe side effects, especially in the brain and nervous system. Researchers will also check if the treatment shrinks the brain tumors and how it affects patients' quality of life.
