New drug cocktail targets brain tumors in Late-Stage cancer

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (utidelone and bevacizumab), with or without a third (etoposide), in 56 people with brain metastases from lung or breast cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink brain tumors and control the disease. Participants must have certain cancer types and have tried prior therapies.
