Triple threat: radiation, targeted drug, and immunotherapy take on brain metastases

Summary
This study is for people with breast cancer that has spread to the brain. It tests a treatment plan that starts with focused radiation plus a drug called olaparib, followed by an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) and standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can control the brain tumors. About 41 adults with triple-negative or BRCA-mutated breast cancer will take part.
