First seen Nov 15, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a targeted cancer pill (abemaciclib) to precise radiation can better control breast cancer that has spread to the brain. About 31 adults with a specific type of breast cancer (HR+/HER2-) will receive both treatments. The goal is to see how long the brain tumors stay under control and to monitor side effects.
