Summary
This study is testing whether combining two drugs, niraparib and dostarlimab, can help control advanced cancer that has spread to the brain. It will enroll 120 adults with specific types of cancer, including lung and breast cancer, who have active brain tumors that are growing. The main goal is to see if the drug combination can shrink these brain tumors and for how long.
