Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of two targeted drugs, tucatinib and T-DM1, can help control solid tumors that have spread to the brain. It is for adults with HER2-positive cancers that have metastasized. The main goal is to see if this drug combo can shrink or stop the growth of tumors in the brain.
