Race against brain cancer spread: does radiation before surgery work better?

Summary
This study aims to determine whether delivering focused radiation before surgery works better than after surgery for patients with cancer that has spread to the brain. It will compare two approaches in 180 participants to see which timing is more effective at preventing cancer from spreading to the brain's lining. The goal is to improve local control of the tumors and potentially extend survival.
