First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how the brain uses feedback to control speech in 90 adults aged 18-50, including people who stutter, have dyslexia, and those with typical speech. Participants will do speech tasks, have an MRI scan, and receive mild brain stimulation to see how different brain areas affect speech. The goal is to understand why speech skills vary and how brain differences relate to conditions like stuttering and dyslexia.
