Summary
This study aims to find brain markers that can predict whether stimulant medication will help reduce irritability and aggression in children with ADHD. About 136 children with ADHD and high levels of irritability or aggression will take part. Researchers will measure brain activity using EEG while children perform tasks, and compare how they respond to the medication versus a placebo. The goal is to better understand why some children improve and others do not.
