Scientists map the Brain's language network
NCT ID NCT05222594
Summary
This study aims to understand how the human brain processes and understands speech. Researchers will record brain activity from 40 adults with epilepsy who are already undergoing brain monitoring for medical reasons. By analyzing these recordings while participants listen to language, scientists hope to create a detailed map of how different brain areas work together to comprehend words and sentences.
