First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at how insulin delivered to the brain (via nasal spray) changes the immune system's response to exercise in overweight individuals. Eight participants will bike while receiving either insulin or a placebo spray. The goal is to understand the link between brain insulin resistance and immune function during physical activity.
