Summary
This study is testing two different remote training programs to help Veterans who have had a traumatic brain injury (TBI). The programs, delivered via video calls and smartphone apps, aim to improve skills like memory, focus, and emotional control to help Veterans reach their personal goals at work or school. Researchers will compare an educational program about brain health to a skills-training program that teaches regulation techniques.
