Summary

This study is testing whether a new sensory training program can help reduce symptoms like dizziness in people with mild traumatic brain injuries. Researchers will enroll 80 adults who have had persistent symptoms for weeks or months after their injury. The study aims to improve both diagnosis methods and treatment options for brain injury recovery.
