Music & language brain tests may predict who wakes up after severe injury

Summary
This study aims to discover if unconscious brain injury patients who show brain activity in response to music and language during a simple bedside test are more likely to recover consciousness and function. Researchers will track 300 adults with traumatic brain injury or hemorrhagic stroke who are unable to follow commands. The goal is to identify early signs in brain waves that can help predict future recovery.
