Mind-Controlled implant offers new hope for stroke recovery

Summary
This study tests whether a brain implant can help stroke survivors regain arm and hand movement. Ten participants will have a small device implanted in their brain that reads movement intentions, allowing them to control rehabilitation equipment with their thoughts. The goal is to see if this brain-computer interface approach is safe and helps improve motor function during six months of intensive therapy.
