Scientists planned to watch your brain learn ankle exercises
NCT ID NCT01013727
Summary
This study aimed to understand how the brain changes when people learn specific ankle exercises. Researchers planned to use brain scans on healthy young adults to compare two different training programs: one focused on posture and one focused on stretching. The goal was to see if these exercises changed which parts of the brain became active when holding the ankle in a certain position.
