First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study uses advanced PET and MRI brain scans to look for inflammation and blood vessel problems in people with long COVID who have brain fog, anxiety, or depression. Researchers will scan 30 participants and compare their results to healthy volunteers. The goal is to develop better ways to diagnose these lingering symptoms, not to test a treatment.
