Scientists test special brain scanner to see how COVID-19 affects thinking

NCT ID NCT04954248

Summary

This study tested a new brain scanner that combines two imaging techniques to see how COVID-19 might affect brain function. Researchers recruited 3 people (some who had COVID-19 and some who hadn't) to try out the new scanning equipment. The main goal was to see if the scanner could produce clear pictures, not to treat any condition.
