Scientists probe Brain's role in Hand-Eye coordination problems
NCT ID NCT03286686
Summary
This study aims to understand how damage to a specific brain area affects vision, movement, and daily life in people with optic ataxia. Researchers will compare 160 participants—some with optic ataxia and some healthy—using simple movement and perception tests. The goal is to learn how the brain processes sensory information to guide hand movements toward targets.
