Summary
This study aims to understand how different parts of the human brain work by recording its electrical activity. It enrolls people with epilepsy who already have electrodes implanted for their medical care, as well as healthy volunteers. Participants complete simple computer tasks involving memory, language, and emotions while researchers measure their brain signals and other body responses like heart rate.
