Summary
This study tested a new cognitive training program designed to help with 'brain fog'—memory and concentration problems—during menopause. 33 women and non-binary people aged 40-60 with ovaries tried the program to see if it was helpful and easy to use. The goal was to offer a non-hormone option for those who cannot or choose not to take menopause hormone therapy.
