Summary
This study tests a brain-computer interface (BCI) implant for people with ALS or motor neuron disease who have weakness in both arms. The device aims to let them control computers or other devices just by thinking. The main goal is to check safety, such as serious side effects or blood vessel problems, in 10 participants over one year.
