Summary
This study aimed to understand how different specialized areas of the brain communicate to create thoughts and actions. Researchers used advanced brain scanning and gentle stimulation techniques on 157 healthy volunteers to test a theory about how brain waves help direct information. The goal was to build a basic scientific framework for future research, not to provide a treatment.
