Summary

This study looks at how radiation therapy changes the brain's resting state networks in children and teens (ages 8-21) with newly diagnosed brain tumors. Participants will have MRI scans and cognitive tests before and about a year after proton radiation. The goal is to understand why some children experience thinking and memory problems after treatment, which could lead to better ways to protect the brain.
