Scientists map the inner workings of deadly tumors

NCT ID NCT05047913

Summary

This study aims to learn more about how brain and cervical cancers work by using two types of advanced scans (PET and MRI) together. Researchers want to see how oxygen levels and blood flow inside these tumors relate to each other and to features seen under a microscope. The study involves 20 adults with these cancers and does not test a new treatment.
