Personalized cancer vaccine fights deadly brain tumor
NCT ID NCT04801147
Summary
This study tested a personalized vaccine for adults newly diagnosed with glioblastoma, a very aggressive brain cancer. The vaccine was made from each patient's own tumor cells and given alongside standard chemotherapy and radiation. The main goal was to see if this combined approach was safe and could help patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.
