New hope for young brain cancer patients in groundbreaking trial

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called ADI-PEG 20 to standard radiation and chemotherapy can help control aggressive brain tumors in children, teens, and young adults. The first part will find the safest dose, and the second part will see if the combination helps keep the cancer from growing. It is for people aged 3 to 39 who have just been diagnosed and have not yet started any other cancer treatment.
