New hope for young brain cancer patients: testing a Two-Drug attack

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a drug called abemaciclib to standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) works better than the standard chemo alone for children and young adults with a serious type of brain tumor called high-grade glioma. The goal is to see if the combination helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse. About 45 participants who have recently finished radiation therapy will be randomly assigned to receive either the two-drug combination or the single drug.
