Summary
This early study is testing a new device called TheraSphere GBM that delivers targeted radiation directly to recurrent glioblastoma brain tumors. The research aims to see if this approach is safe and technically possible for patients whose cancer has returned after standard treatments. Doctors deliver tiny radioactive beads through a catheter to the tumor's blood supply, hoping to attack the cancer more precisely than traditional radiation.
