New 'Smart Bomb' drug tested in fight against deadly brain tumors

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new targeted drug called risvutatug rezetecan in adults with aggressive brain cancers that have returned. The study aims to see how much of the drug reaches the brain tumor and to check its safety. About 15 people with recurrent glioblastoma or brain metastases that have spread to the brain will participate.
