Summary

This was an early-stage study to test the safety and initial effectiveness of a new drug, PF-07284890, for people with advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change called a BRAF V600 mutation. The trial included patients with cancers like melanoma and lung cancer, some of whom had tumors that spread to the brain. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug.
