First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at whether training in memory aids and healthy lifestyle activities (like exercise, mental games, and stress management) can help older adults with mild memory concerns keep their thinking skills sharp. About 263 people aged 65 and older will join either a self-guided or structured program for 6 months. Researchers will track memory, attention, and daily function over a year to see if these strategies make a difference.
