Summary
This study looks at why some stroke patients don't get better even after doctors successfully remove a blood clot from their brain. Researchers will use special MRI scans to measure blood flow changes in 100 adults at 3 days, 7 days, and 90 days after treatment. The goal is to find a better way to spot and understand this 'reperfusion failure' so future treatments can be improved.
