Scientists test personalized drug doses to make brain surgery safer
NCT ID NCT07411079
Summary
This is a lab study using blood samples to understand how a modified clot-busting drug works in people with different bleeding risks. Researchers will create clots from donor blood and test personalized drug doses to see how well they break down the clots. The goal is to gather knowledge to help design safer, more effective future treatments for brain bleeds.
