Summary

This study looked at how the brain works during arm movements in people who had a stroke and in healthy volunteers. Researchers used a brain imaging technique called fNIRS to measure activity while participants moved their arms with different levels of effort. The goal was to better understand how effort affects brain recovery after a stroke.
